• Manage/direct work of Project Managers and manage oversight of multiple projects
• Monitor project scopes, costs, schedules, staffing, communications, outside vendors, and deliverables
• Plan and allocate resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep executive staff informed throughout project lifecycle
• Primary POC for all aspects of Operations activities including Engineering, Sales, and Customer; ensure all maintain close communication and coordination regarding project status/milestones
• Supervise up to 10 employees; set/adjust pay rates, hours worked, plan/control budget for dept., safety, work planning, techniques to be used, assigning work

Experience:

• BS in Engineering, Business OR equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Project Management in steel manufacturing environment
