• Oversee each project assigned from placement of PO to customer acceptance, responsible for multiple projects simultaneously
• Supervise up to 6 remote employees
• Interview/hire/train employees, assign, rank performance, reward/discipline employees, address complaints/resolve problems
• Assign work, set/adjust pay rates and work hours, plan and control project budgets, maintain the safety of employees

Experience:

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing and/or data center projects/maintenance
• Project management OR management of significant business process required
• BS in Engineering, Business OR equivalent experience
• PMP certification and training is preferred
