Description:

• As a Field Service Electrician Lead, you’ll oversee onsite field visits, ensuring the successful installation of electrical and mechanical equipment.

• Your role involves investigating and resolving technical issues, performing routine repairs, and maintaining excellent communication with customers.

• You’ll ensure that all installations meet industry standards, company guidelines, and customer specifications.

• You’ll coordinate problem resolutions across departments, maintain records, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Travel is required (70%) and per diem is paid at $75/day. The company pays for all travel, fuel, and lodging expenses. Mostly domestic travel (99%).

• OT is typically about 10 hours per week.

Experience & Education:

• A minimum of 1-3 years as an electrical journeyman or equivalent experience is required.

• A Journeyman license is NOT required with applicable years of experience in exchange.
